Vancouver is a city in eastern Canada, situated at the province of British Columbia. The city close to the border with The United States of America and is roughly a 2-hour drive from Seattle, Washington.
It was revealed by George Geary that while every major city along the western seaboard of the U.S. had been bombed, Vancouver had also been bombed (presumably by Canadian forces). Thus confirming that there have been outbreaks in Canada.
