At some point after the apocalypse, Althea found this location and came to use this Trailer Park as a base of operations. It is also the location where she took Morgan and John after she rescued them from Leland's Group. It is also the location where Leland's Group were defeated by the combined efforts of Morgan Jones, John Dorie and Althea which resulted in the destruction of several of the trailers.
