Mrs. Otto is the second wife of Jeremiah Otto, the stepmother of Jake Otto and the mother of Troy Otto. At some point, she and her husband founded a survivalist community at Broke Jaw Ranch.
She appears in the promotional videos made by Jeremiah and played to Madison Clark in "Teotwawki".

Jeremiah told Madison Clark that she suffered from alcoholism and died from it. This hasn't been confirmed by any other character.
