Shih (Credited as "Injured Soldier") is a character in Season 1 of AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is portrayed by Maxwell Yip, and first appears in the episode "Cobalt".

Shih is a member of the National Guard.

While the military attempts to clear out West View Library, the Infected overrun the soldiers. Shih inside is attacked and during the attack his lung collapses. Other soldiers pull him out of the library and bring him to the medical facility set up by the National guard. At the hospital, Dr. Bethany Exner is assessing and checking in an injured soldier, Shih. Quizzing and training Liza Ortiz as she does. Liza correctly identifies a collapsed lung as the problem and he is admitted for immediate medical treatment.
The Good Man[]
Due to the infected overrunning the facility, Bethany Exner put down all those unable to travel and make the evacuation. Shih was one of the many put down by Exner
