Pre-Apocalypse[]
Nothing is known about Rose's life before the outbreak, except she lived in the Texas area.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Rose's father died during the initial outbreak and she stayed in a settlement with her mother June.During this time, she became sick with pneumonia and June hid her in the pantry while she went out for medicine. During the night, Rose died and turned, subsequently turning others in the community and leading to its destruction.
