Proctor Eleven is a character in Season 3 of FtWD. He is one of the many Proctors at El Bazar.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Nothing is known about Proctor Eleven's life before outbreak began, except that he lived in or near Mexicali, Baja California.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Proctor Eleven was part of the gang that assaulted the Gonzalez Dam. He and three of his companions came across Daniel Salazar. They mocked him, but were surprised when he pulled out a handgun and shot them.
