The Priest is a character that appears in the Season 2a episode Sicut Cervus. He is a Catholic priest serving the church in Rosarito, Baja California in Mexico.

Nothing is known about the priest except that he resided in Rosarito and was the Parish Priest of the Catholic church in town.
Post-Apocalypse

The priest is at his church giving a sermon to surviving members of his congregation. It is a heated sermon where he rallies his parishioners to arm themselves and take down the "evil", referring to the zombies in the Abigail Family Vineyard's wine cellar. After communion is served, he and his congregation rush outside to grab their weapons to begin the assault. However, Thomas Abigail drives up and pleads for them to stop, when suddenly the priest and his congregation begin bleeding from their eyes, having been poisoned by Celia Flores and her tainted communion wafers.
When Travis and his group arrive in Rosarito, they find the zombified priest and his congregation outside the church. He is put down along with the rest of the zombified parishioners.
