Nothing is known about Marco's sister before the apocalypse except that she was Marco Rodriguez's sister and possible lived in or near the city of Tijuana
Post-Apocalypse[]
Sometime during the apocalypse, Marco mention his sister while talking to the survivors. Its unknown what happened to her but some speculate that Marco murdered her and some other say that she was devour by an Infected or turned. Since none of these claims that been proven confirmed, her fate is left unknown till further notice
