This weapon was widely used by members of the National Guard when they cleared the El Sereno residential district where the Clarks lived.
The Colt Model 933 carbine is similar to the M4 carbine, except with an 11.5" barrel as opposed to the 14.5" barrel on the M4. Aside from that, it has all the same features, including the removable carry handle/rear sight assembly.
