The following is a timeline for Fear the Walking Dead, explaining what happened each day.

Note: These events are happening within the same timeline of events chronicled on the main show. Additionally, the day numbers for the time being are counted from day one of the show, as it is not yet known for certain exactly how long the infection had been spreading before the show began. It can however be logically assumed that the beginnings of the pandemic was several days or weeks before the show began, due to information set forth by Tobias and promotional material released for the show.

If signs of life resume, the remains are to be regarded as a biological hazard. (Promotional Material for Fear the Walking Dead)
  • At the hospital, a nurse comes to Nick's room and brings him a bedpan so he can go to the bathroom. Nick gets the nurse to untie one of his restraints to make it easier, to which she complies. When she leaves the room, Nick unties his other hand but knocks the bedpan off the bed. At the sound, his elderly roommate flatlines and staff including a doctor storm in to resuscitate him.
