Charlie is a major character in the fifth and sixth seasons, after appearing as a recurring character in the fourth season. She is portrayed by Alexa Nisenson.
Charlie spent some time as a resident of the Dell Diamond Baseball Stadium community and had a special relationship with Nicholas Clark while she was there, but was really a spy for the Vultures. After the fall of the stadium, Charlie shoots and kills Nick, but joins Morgan’s Group not long after, managing to redeem herself.

Alicia Clark[]
Charlie and Alicia's relationship is complicated since Charlie killed Alicia's brother, Nicholas Clark, and was a part in the destruction of the stadium, but in episode 4x10, "Close your eyes", after kn her story, it's showed that Alicia has "accepted" Charlie. therefore holding onto her mother's legacy, by helping her through the rest of the season.
In episode 4x16, "...I Lose Myself", sometimes when they're on screen, Alicia can be seen taking care of sick Charlie, petting her in the head and back, proving that she cares for Charlie.
