The Black Hat Reservation is a location in Season 3 of Fear.
It is the home of the Hopi tribe of Native Americans and their Chief (and lawyer) Qaletaqa Walker and it is located in southern California. Jeremiah Otto describes the reservation as nothing more than a truck stop, a motel and a market populated by addicts and welfare recipients- but given Jeremiah's questionable relationship with the tribe as a whole, the last part may be an exaggeration.
