Austin served as the capital of Texas before the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse[]
It can be assumed that Austin, like most other cities, followed the example of Los Angeles and was quickly overrun. The cities infrastructure is badly damaged and several buildings are collapsing.
Fleeing infected, Morgan and his group seek shelter on a rooftop in the city before leaving.
