Andrew Chambliss is a producer and writer working in the TV industry; he joins FtWD as joint showrunner, with Ian Goldberg, for Season 4.

Background Edit

Chambliss began his career working as an assistant to Tim Kring on Heroes in the 2006 to 2007 television season. He was then an assistant to Kring on the sixth season of Crossing Jordan in Spring 2007. He also worked as a on the 2007 remake of Bionic Woman.

In 2009, he joined the writing staff of Joss Whedon's Dollhouse as a staff writer for the first season. He wrote five of the 26 episodes.

He moved to the Spartacus: Blood and Sand in 2010 as Story Editor and writer. Then to The Vampire Diaries an Executive Story Editor and writer for the show's first and second seasons.

He is the writer for the ninth season of Whedon's Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, which is progressing as a comic series after having been canceled as a television show. In an interview with Hero Complex he said "'Buffy' is such a huge part of what made me want to become a writer, especially in television".

He joined the crew of Once Upon a Time as a Co-Producer for the first season when the first season was ordered in the 2011 to 2012 television season.[2]
